Matthew has been a great mentor in my current career journey! He was able to relate to my past experience to help me tailor my resume to the Project Manager career that I am working towards! This resume landed me my very first interview for a Project Manager job very quickly. He made me feel much more confident in myself, in being able to see how much of my skills transfer to what I would like to do. Matthew has also guided me on ways to enhance my skillset further to help further market myself in project management, and has offered even more help in guidance if I have questions on the PMP material or need help on my application for the PMP. Overall, Matthew is a great coach to have and genuinely likes to help people!
